Very impressed. They've been great at quietening my mind before bed when my brain won't shut up. I find they also allow sleep to arrive quicker after I lay down, no more staring at the ceiling for hours. I take 2 about an hour to 30 mins before bed. I used to take Magnesium glycinate and ashwagandha separately but at lower doses — I find these much more convenient, more potent and in turn I save a bit of cash. First time trying L-Theanine also, and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.
